Nicci Yin is a designer and artist. Primarily an interaction and visual designer for screen-based applications, she also enjoys working in print, video, and installation, and has experience in research and strategy. Guided by intersectional and speculative approaches, her work explores the new forms and rituals created by the merging of our physical and digital worlds.

In addition to design, Nicci has worked on curatorial projects with Space Caviar and Creative Time Reports and produced feminist media while a fellow at Barnard Center for Research on Women. Most recently, her work has been shown at Ars Electronica, the Post-Internet Cities Conference, and Microsoft Design Expo. She is a graduate of Media Design Practices (MFA) at ArtCenter College of Design and of Barnard College (BA).
